About Caduci

Caduci is a healthcare recruitment platform built for India.

We help hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and medical colleges hire the people who make them work — doctors (modern medicine and AYUSH), nurses, dentists, lab and OT technicians, pharmacists, radiographers, physiotherapists, optometrists, dieticians, and every role in between. And we help those professionals find jobs that fit, without wading through a generic job board full of sales and software roles.

Why we exist

Healthcare hiring in India is fragmented. A radiographer in Shimla, a staff nurse in Panchkula, and an Ayurvedic physician in Delhi all have the same problem: the job listings that matter to them live in a dozen different places, or nowhere at all. Institutions have the mirror problem — the right candidate is out there, but reaching them means paying classifieds, working WhatsApp groups, or hoping referrals show up.

We're building the place both sides can meet. Screening, interviews, and offers happen inside the product, not in email threads. Everything stays in one place, searchable — so hiring stops being the messiest part of running a healthcare operation.

Where we are

We're live in Himachal Pradesh first. Starting local is deliberate: HP's hospitals and medical colleges are small enough to work with face to face, which means the product gets feedback it couldn't get from a remote launch in Mumbai or Delhi. From HP, we're expanding across North India.

The name

Caduci (kuh-DOO-chee) comes from the caduceus — the staff carried by Hermes in Greek myth. Hermes was the patron of messengers, travellers, and commerce. Those three things are what we do: carry healthcare professionals across boundaries — hospital, city, specialty, state — to the institutions that need them.
