IVF Nurse & Patient Counsellor

Greet and assist patients with empathy and professionalism. Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders. Explain procedures, billing details, and clinic policies to patients. Coordinate between doctor, nursing staff, and diagnostic team for seamless patient flow. Maintain accurate patient records (EMR/OPD software). Handle patient queries and provide timely updates about waiting times or delays. Support patients with insurance/formalities (if applicable). Follow up for reports, test results, and post-procedure care instructions. Collect feedback and help improve patient experience.
