About the Role:

As a Physiotherapist at PRS Neurosciences, you will play a crucial role in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered physiotherapy services to individuals with neurological, orthopedic, or pediatric impairments. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team in one of India’s most advanced neuro-rehab setups, utilizing robotics, electrotherapy, and mechatronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment & Diagnosis:
• Evaluate patient conditions using standardized clinical tools and techniques.
• Identify neurological and musculoskeletal impairments affecting function.
• Treatment Planning & Execution:
• Design individualized treatment programs for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s, etc.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and use advanced rehabilitation tools (e.g., robotic therapy, functional electrical stimulation).
• Conduct pediatric physiotherapy sessions (if specialized).
• Monitoring & Documentation:
• Track patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and participate in progress reviews.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination:
• Collaborate with neurologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
• Patient & Family Education:
• Educate patients and caregivers about exercises, postural advice, and home-based therapy.

Eligibility Criteria:Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (BPT) or Master’s (MPT – preferably in Neurology or Pediatrics) in Physiotherapy
• Valid physiotherapy license or council registration
• Freshers or 1–3 years’ clinical experience (depending on role)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in neuro-rehabilitation, pediatrics, or cardio-respiratory physio
• Proficiency in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
• Good communication, empathy, teamwork, and patient-handling skills
• Familiarity with rehab tech: electrotherapy, robotics, hydrotherapy (training will be provided)
