Job Title: Pharmacy Incharge Location: Tambaram / Guduvanchery / Chennai Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Incharge to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing of medicines, and manage inventory efficiently. The candidate should be capable of leading a team and maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations - Supervise pharmacists and support staff - Ensure proper dispensing and billing of medicines - Maintain stock, expiry tracking, and vendor coordination - Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations - Handle customer/patient queries professionally Requirements: - D.Pharm / B.Pharm (mandatory) - Minimum 4+ years experience in hospital pharmacy - Strong leadership and communication skills - Basic computer knowledge (billing software) Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience) Shift: Day / Rotational shift Additional Benefits: - PF / ESI (if applicable) - Incentives based on performance Immediate joiners preferred Contact: Call / WhatsApp – 7845563641
