Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate MBBS-qualified Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical care to patients in a hospital setting. The RMO will be responsible for handling emergencies, monitoring inpatients, and supporting consultants to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous medical care and supervision to admitted patients
• Attend and manage emergency cases, including initial assessment and stabilization
• Conduct ward rounds, evaluate patient progress, and update treatment plans
• Perform basic clinical procedures such as IV cannulation, suturing, and catheterization
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied departments for patient management
• Maintain accurate medical records, case sheets, and discharge summaries
• Monitor vital signs, review investigations, and report critical changes to senior doctors
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and medico-legal guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with NMC / State Medical Council
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
