Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist to manage medication dispensing, ensure accurate documentation, and support clinical operations within our fertility center.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Handling & Dispensing

• Greet patients and assist them with prescribed medications
• Review and validate prescriptions as per doctor’s instructions
• Accurately dispense medicines, ensuring correct dosage and quantity
• Explain dosage, usage, and storage instructions to patients
• Handle billing and payment collection (Cash / Card / Online)
• Ensure proper packaging of medicines, including cold chain handling (ice packs where required)
• Cross-verify medicines with billing details (MRP, quantity, etc.)

Pharmacy Operations

• Maintain accurate patient records in Med-Vision Pharma software
• Organize and manage medicine inventory from racks
• Stamp and document ET1 & ET2 prescriptions as per protocol
• Ensure timely daily cash submission and reconciliation

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily tracking reports for ET1 & ET2 patients
• Update and manage Google Sheets for patient tracking
• Prepare and maintain injection tracking reports (opening & closing stock)
• Generate daily Praxin injection reports and share with the team
• Obtain required approvals/signatures from consultants and authorized staff
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of injection records
• Close daily sales reports from Med-Vision system
• Prepare and submit daily cash and payment settlement reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may be considered)
• Languages: Marathi (Mandatory), Hindi & English

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and dosage calculations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, pharmacy software)
• Ability to manage records and documentation efficiently
