A Pharmacist is a healthcare professional responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring their safe use, and providing advice to patients on proper drug usage. They work in settings such as hospitals, retail pharmacies, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately to patients
• Review prescriptions to ensure correct dosage and avoid drug interactions
• Provide guidance on medication usage, side effects, and storage
• Counsel patients on health conditions and preventive care
• Maintain patient records and medication histories
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage inventory and order pharmaceutical supplies
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Administer vaccinations (depending on regulations)
• Supervise pharmacy staff and technicians
