Consultant Physiotherapist

Physiotherapist:

Role Summary:

The physiotherapist will deliver evidence-based rehabilitation and movement therapy, uphold SPARRC’s clinical philosophy, and guide patients through recovery with clarity, empathy, and scientific precision.

The initial training period will be at Alwarpet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed physical assessments and identify musculoskeletal issues
• Create structured, personalised treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy and exercise prescription rooted in scientific principles
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with referring physicians
• Educate patients on posture, injury prevention and lifestyle modifications
• Work collaboratively with Fitness Advisors and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to workshops, patient awareness sessions and SPARRC community programs

Requirements:

• BPT or MPT from a recognised institution
• Strong clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and patient interaction capabilities
• Ability to work proactively in a high-volume clinical environment
• Experience preferred, but freshers with strong fundamentals may apply
