Physiotherapist

The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability, or aging. The role focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain, improving physical function, and enhancing patients’ quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions through observation, palpation, and diagnostic tests
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history and physician referrals
• Provide physiotherapy treatments such as:
• Exercise therapy
• Manual therapy
• Electrotherapy modalities
• Postural correction and mobility training
• Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment goals and progress

Administrative & Professional Duties

• Maintain physiotherapy equipment and ensure safety standards
• Follow clinic/hospital protocols and professional ethical standards
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
• Assist with physiotherapy assessments, audits, and clinical reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
