Phlebotomist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at RedcliffeLabs. The candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients,ensuring proper handling, and maintaining high standards of patient care and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples from patients at home, camps, or lab centers

Perform venipuncture and collect samples using vacutainers

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples

Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols

Maintain accurate records of patient details and sample collection

Coordinate with logistics and lab teams for timely sample processing

Handle patient queries professionally and ensure a positive experience

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / PGDMLT / B.Sc MLT (Mandatory)

Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (DL)

Willingness to travel for home sample collection

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
